My Work: Designed and implemented manufacturing processes for the Dual Knit Band

Working with the Softgoods team at Apple to help design the manufacturing process of the Dual Knit Band was an incredible learning experience. These are my proudest contributions:

  • Saved $40,000+ through in-factory (in Shenzhen, China) experiments, helping improving yield by 27%

  • Led initiatives to control quality and tracking of 3D printed fixtures

  • Led an R&D effort investigating a new application of metal 3D printing

  • Prototyped an LLM-based document management system to improve team efficiency

My highlights of this internship were traveling to vendors in China and working alongside incredibly talented people at Apple in California.
